How do I book an appointment?

All cases need to have been referred to me by your veterinary surgeon.  Initial contact can be made by either you or your vet but I cannot see the case until I have written consent from your vet together with the animals' medical histories.  This is because there is a significant overlap between health and behaviour.

Feel free to send me an email at and I can help guide you through the process.  Alternatively, ask your vet to complete the online form here.

What information do you need from me?

After you or your vet has contacted me, you will be asked to complete a detailed history form so that I can understand what the behavioural concerns are.  Once I also have the information from your vet I will be in touch to organise an appointment.

Payment must be made in full prior to any appointment.  For details on cancellation charges please see the Terms and Conditions page.

Travel costs within 1 hour's drive of Deal, Kent (CT14) are included.  If further travel is required then this will be charged at £1 per mile (return).

Behavioural consultations may be covered by insurance - please contact your insurance company to check.  Please advise them you have been referred to a behaviour vet who is also a provisional member of the APBCCompletion of insurance documentation comes with an additional £25 charge to reflect the time taken to complete the forms.
